Carolyn, our heart and visionary behind the shop, spent years as a camp director pouring joy, creativity, and connection into everything she did. After stepping away from work for a period due to family circumstances, she and her husband decided it was time to build something meaningful, uplifting, and—most importantly—fun. That dream came to life as a candy store overflowing with sweetness, smiles, and community spirit. Since opening our doors in 2021, Shindig Waupaca has grown into a beloved destination where laughter is encouraged, friendships are made, and memories are created one sweet treat at a time.
